Transport Titles

To travel, it is mandatory to have a valid transport ticket: pass, pre-purchased or on-board ticket.


Validation of passes and pre-purchased passes is mandatory for all boardings.


The transport ticket must be kept for the duration of the trip and presented to inspection agents whenever requested.


Presentation of the transport ticket is mandatory when making a complaint. A customer without a valid transport ticket is subject to penalties in accordance with current law: article 7, no. 1 of Law no. 28/2006, of 4 July.
